SHIPPING COST The following prices are based on shipping a single manual via USPS priority mail or equivalent. Delivery confirmation and tracking is included with US deliveries and all Special deliveries. Note: If a quantity of ten or more manuals is desired, another shipment method is preferred or the expense will be picked up by the buyer please advise. Unless advised any quantity over ten manuals will be shipped via Federal Express Ground.

It is our standard policy to ship all products ordered via United States Postal Service (https://store.usps.com/store/) unless instructed otherwise at the time of purchase.

Note:

1. Shipping outside of the USA - It is important to understand that orders shipped outside of the United States are not easy to be tracked after leaving the United States postal system. It is often possible to identify the first receiving foreign post office but after that precise tracking is not possible.
2. Prices are valid January 1 - December 31,
3. Discounts: Discounts will be given for dealers or large quantity purchases as follows. Contact us for discount price quote:

4. Refunds: No refunds on any printed material all Master kits are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
5. Shipping time: We typically ship by USPS priority mail. The typical delivery time in the USA is 2-4 days, Mexico is 8-10 day, Canada is 10-18 days and outside of North America is typically 15-20 days.
