Appraisals

Let MMC Detroit determine the value of your classic Chrysler car or specialty vehicle. In today's insurance market, many insurance companies require an appraisal before they will sell you insurance on your vehicle. We are unique in that we specialize in Chrysler cars only.

What is an appraisal?
An appraisal is a statement of value. Value varies based on rarity, uniqueness, condition and quality of restoration.

Types of appraisals offered

A. Insurance/Finance
It is important to have independent documentation of condition and value of your collectible auto, not only for your insurance company, but also for those unfortunate times when you may have to deal with another driver's insurer. Many accidents involving collectible automobiles are not your fault, but the fault of another individual.

A professional appraisal by MMC Detroit is a valuable tool when negotiating the settlement of a claim. This independent documentation can also be used for estate planning, tax-deductible donations and financial lending requirements. MMC appraisals also become a valuable part of the documented history for your vehicle. Years from now, should you decide to sell your automobile, you will be glad you invested in a professional appraisal that documented the condition and mileage.

B. Property Settlement
MMC can provide an independent appraisal to help you establish the true market value of automobiles involved in estate or divorce settlements.

C. Diminished Value Claims
Diminished value happens when a vehicle is damaged in an accident and then fully and properly repaired. The diminished value claimed is the difference between the value of a vehicle before the loss and its value after being repaired. MMC certified appraisals are victorious in establishing diminished values and most insurers, once they realize you have an independent appraiser, will settle diminished value claims without going to court.

D. Total Loss Value
When your insurance company has declared your vehicle a "Total Loss", MMC can help independently establish the value of your vehicle at the time of loss.

Service Fee Notes

Additional fees: Applicable lodging, meals and travel fee's will be billed at cost and itemized on the billing statement. Driving Mileage will be calculated at $.53 / mile for distances under 250 miles. Any required travel beyond 250 miles will be via air. Mileage will be calculated from our office in Auburn Hills, MI to the vehicle location and back to our office. Lodging, meals and travel fee's will not be applied to any service performed to a vehicle at any events/shows that we plan to attend. Check our WEB site for the tentative show participation schedule Video Taping of any service performed is an additional $100.00 A deposit of 50 percent of the agreed to cost for any service must be received by our office in Auburn Hills, MI prior to any service being rendered. The balance of the payment is due before the release of final documentation. Payment is required in full prior to release of any reports, digital photographs, video tapes etc. Multiple vehicle and club discounts available. References available upon request. All prices stated are in U.S. dollars. All reports will be sent via U.S. postal service Priority Mail. Special delivery will be quoted upon request.

Information regarding you (such as name, street and e-mail address and phone number) or your appraisal request order and the services or products you purchase will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation. Your vehicle appraisal information may be shared with a third party but only upon your notification and permission.

A confidentiality agreement will be made available upon request.

MMC Detroit only uses your personal information for specific purposes...
The information you provide will always be kept confidential and used only to support your customer relationship with MMC. Third parties that may seek conformational information about you and MMC, and who themselves have access to your personal and prospect information are required to keep said information confidential and not use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing in conjunction with MMC.

Terms and Conditions

This agreement contains the terms and conditions that also apply to purchases by individuals, businesses, corporations, charities, and any other entity from Moparr Motors Consulting (collectively herein referred to as - MMC) that will be provided to you (customer) on orders for appraisal services and/or related services and/or products and sold by MMC in the United States. By accepting services and/or products, customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY

1. UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH MMC, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN; OR
2. UNLESS OTHER MMC STANDARD TERMS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION.

These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at the sole discretion of MMC and so stated by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms and conditions.

APPLICABLE LAWS
The customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations as established by each state and applicable laws of the United States. This agreement and any sales there under shall be governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, without regard to conflicts of laws rules.

APPLICABLE TAXES
The customer is responsible for any and all applicable sales tax, as well as any and all other taxes that may be associated with the service/product order. Applicable sales tax will automatically be calculated into the final purchase price. When relevant, Michigan State sales tax will be collected for products shipped to Michigan addresses.

Service GUARANTEE

APPRAISAL SERVICES GUARANTEE
MMC guarantees that any appraisal service purchased by customer directly from MMC, to be accepted for its intended purpose within specific limitations. If it cannot be used for its intended purpose due to rejection by a third party requesting said appraisal service, on the merits that the completed appraisal is not worthy, credible, or performed within standard industry guidelines, MMC guarantees that a refund of the appraisal service fee will be allocated if the appraisal is rejected by said third party. Refund must meet the following criteria:

• Applies Only To Non Acceptance Of The Appraisal By A Third Party
• Does Not Apply To Disagreements Of Stated Appraised Value
• Valid For Thirty (30) Days From Original Appraisal Request Date
• Applies To Appraisal Fee Only ... Does Not Include Applicable S&H Fees

To Receive Refund
Return ORIGINAL appraisal, accompanied with a signed letter on their company letterhead - from the third party (individual or company) involved...stating they refused acceptance of said appraisal and their declared reason(s) why. MMC will review requested material to determine if refund is deemed worthy. The review will be performed in an appropriate and timely manner.

The customer is responsible for all fees incurred in returning material. When warranted, refund will be issued within thirty (30) days of approval. It is the sole discretion of MMC to issue refunds in the form of a MMC Business Check

Moparr Motors - Detroit LLC., liability shall not exceed the cost of our product and/or services provided. Moparr Motors - Detroit., disclaims any warranty , either expressed or implied. Moparr Motors LLC., does not assume or grant any other parties liability in relation with the sale or use of our products.
